What happens during a CDL/DOT exam?

  • Health history questionnaire

  • Vision test

  • Hearing test

  • Urine test

  • Check blood pressure, heart rate, rhythm, listen to heart sounds

  • Physical examination

What to bring with you for your exam:

  • Driver's license

  • Medications (if applicable)

  • Glasses or contacts (if applicable)

  • Hear aid (if applicable)

  • Previously issued medical card (if applicable)

  • CPAP report/Sleep Study Results (if applicable)
