Knee Pain

Knee pain is a common complaint that affects people of all ages. Knee pain may be the result of an injury, such as a ruptured ligament or torn cartilage. Medical conditions — including arthritis, gout and infections — also can cause knee pain.

Our Chiropractors Will

  • Perform a thorough examination to determine the structure(s) involved, take x-rays if necessary. We are able to prescribe further imaging if necessary.

  • If the structures are identified, adjustments, and other therapeutic modalities will be performed, such as heat, ice, electrical muscle stimulation, and massage therapy. Exercises may be prescribed in order to regain function.

  • Our doctors will discuss proper ergonomics and activities of daily living to help decrease unnecessary stressors on your knees, hip, back, and surrounding structures.
